Welcome to Unipareil. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.unipareil.com and any purchase you make with us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. About Us
Unipareil is a home décor brand based in Jaipur, India, specializing in handcrafted products including hand embroidery and hand block print cushion covers, lumbar covers, tote bags, bedsheets, dohars, comforters, sofa throws, table runners, bathmats, and canvas wall paintings — all designed and made in-house at our own workshop.
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian. Our products and services are intended for individuals capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Indian law.
3. Products
All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible. However, since our products are handcrafted, slight variation in color, texture, print placement, or embroidery pattern between the image and the actual product is natural and not considered a defect.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product without prior notice.
Product availability is subject to stock. In case an item is out of stock after order placement, we will inform you via WhatsApp/email and offer a refund or alternative.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price at the time of order confirmation will be honored.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders above ₹999, subject to our delivery partner providing COD serviceability at your pincode.
5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/WhatsApp message from us.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to deliver to the given address. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled (return/refund policy will apply instead).
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines, charges, and courier details are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Returns, Refunds & Claims
All returns, exchanges, refunds, and damage/short-delivery claims are governed by our Refund & Claims Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please note that a mandatory unboxing video is required for any claim to be processed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to product designs, images, photographs, logos, text, and the Unipareil brand name — is the exclusive property of Unipareil and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
9. User Conduct
While using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
- Copy, reproduce, or resell our product designs or content without permission
10. Limitation of Liability
Unipareil shall not be held liable for:
- Delays or failures in delivery caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Minor variations in handcrafted products (color, texture, size) inherent to the manufacturing process
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
11. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
