Shipping & Delivery Policy
Fast, Safe & Reliable Delivery Across India
At Unipareil, every order carries the work of real artisans, and we treat it that way — from the moment it leaves our workshop to the moment it reaches your doorstep. Each piece is carefully inspected, packed with care, and dispatched through trusted courier partners to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and public holidays). Since many of our products are handcrafted — hand embroidery, hand block print — customised or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. This will be communicated to you at the time of order.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India on all orders — no hidden delivery charges.
Delivery Timeline
Most orders are delivered within 4–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier serviceability.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on all orders above ₹999, subject to our delivery partner providing COD serviceability at your pincode.
Prepaid Order Discount
Get an extra 2% off when you choose to pay online (prepaid) instead of Cash on Delivery.
Trusted Courier Partners
We dispatch orders through our reliable logistics partner, Shiprocket, to ensure dependable nationwide delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email/WhatsApp number so you can monitor your shipment at every stage.
Out of Stock Items
If a product you've ordered is out of stock, our Customer Service team will inform you via WhatsApp from +91 9351692032.
Delays
During long holidays or festive periods (Diwali, Eid, Holi, Independence Day, Raksha Bandhan, etc.), courier pickups and deliveries may be delayed. We'll intimate you of any extended shipping timelines via your registered WhatsApp number.
